After many years of intensive research, in collaboration with the University of Erlangen, Schott-Zwiesel have succeeded in developing a new type of crystal glass. A change of materials combined with a new manufacturing process has created a glass of the highest purity: more dishwasher safe, resistant to breakage, harder and clearer. Tritan® is a glass of the very highest quality that sets new standards.

In developing Tritan®, Schott Zwiesel produced a material with an especially hard surface that is resistant to corrosion and scratching. A breakage rate of up to 40% lower than conventional glasses guarantees lasting shine.

The glasses are sparklinglingly shiny because it is made of only the purest raw materials.
